Candidate Requirements:
- Confident telephone manner

- Sales ability desirable, with experience in a targeted environment
- Knowledge of mortgages advantageous, NOT ESSENTIAL AS FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
- Must be able to work on Saturday and Sunday (off on Tuesday and Wednesday)
Role:
EGRecruiting is delighted to be recruiting for several Telephone Mortgage Qualifiers on a full-time basis, working 5 days (including weekends) with an earning potential of 拢35,000.If you have excellent communication skills, an outgoing and confident personality and can build rapport on the telephone easily, then this could be the opportunity you鈥檝e been looking for!You may have worked in mortgages before, perhaps as an Adviser, or as an Administrator, or perhaps you鈥檙e keen to be a Mortgage Broker - full training will be provided as a Qualifier. This will allow you in time, to develop your career, if desired.This is a telephone-based role, working from offices in Gateshead, 5 days per week (off on Tuesday and Wednesday).
Responsibilities will include:-
路 Answering in-bound calls from customers looking for a new build mortgage路 Building rapport whilst asking multiple questions and gaining information路 Liaising with the Mortgage Broker to clarify suitability路 Once verified, calling the customer to book an appointment with the Mortgage Broker
