Role Overview:
As the Business Leader & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimising business performance, and developing long-term strategies. You will work closely with the team, manage key business functions, and drive growth while ensuring efficiency and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, direct, and manage all aspects of the business operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for growth and operational excellence.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing workflows, resources, and team performance.
