Are you a Senior Ecologist with over three years of experience, eager for a new challenge? The Role:

As a Senior/Principal Ecologist, you will lead and contribute to various projects, applying your expertise in field surveys, assessments, and reporting while guiding clients through the planning and licensing processes. You'll manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery, financial oversight, and clear communication of recommendations. The role demands excellent management skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication, with experience in supervising staff and coordinating with other professionals. You'll also play a key role in developing fee proposals and maintaining high-quality standards.

Candidates should have technical proficiency in at least one of the following areas:

  • Botany/Habitat Surveying
  • Biodiversity Net Gain
  • Bat Ecology (Level 2 Bat Licence Holder)
  • Ornithology
