Are you a seasoned Ecologist with over three years of experience and ready for your next big challenge? What You'll Do:
As a Senior/Principal Ecologist, you'll take the lead on a diverse range of projects, utilizing your expertise in field surveys, environmental assessments, and detailed reporting. You'll guide clients through planning and licensing processes with confidence, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with clear, actionable recommendations. In addition, you'll be responsible for project management, developing fee proposals, and upholding high standards of quality. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and team members are essential.

Skills and Specialisations We're Looking For:
We're seeking candidates with expertise in at least one of the following areas:

  • Botany and Habitat Surveys
  • Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG)
  • Bat Ecology (Level 2 Bat Licence preferred)
  • Ornithology
