- Ensuring our People HR system is kept up to date including uploading documents
- Managing absence records in line with the attendance procedure
- Regular meetings with site managers to monitor absence
- Providing statistical reports on levels of absence
- Overseeing and supporting probationary review meetings
- Current experience in a busy administration position
- Good communication skills including good written and oral English.
- Ability to build effective working relationships.
- Ability to lead by example.
- Good time management skills and ability to work to priorities and deadlines.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with the utmost confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
