You’ll need to prioritize your workload effectively while ensuring a first-class administration service is provided.This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy HR team and contribute to the smooth operation of HR processes within a dynamic environment.Essential Requirements
  • Ensuring our People HR system is kept up to date including uploading documents
  • Managing absence records in line with the attendance procedure
  • Regular meetings with site managers to monitor absence
  • Providing statistical reports on levels of absence
  • Overseeing and supporting probationary review meetings
The PersonSkills/Attributes:
  • Current experience in a busy administration position
  • Good communication skills including good written and oral English.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Ability to lead by example.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work to priorities and deadlines.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work with the utmost confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
