We are currently seeking 2 Subject Access Request Officers to join our team for a 3-month period due to increasing demands and requests. These roles will be responsible for accessing, extracting, and redacting information from computer and paper records in compliance with the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Subject Access Requests: Respond to subject access requests as covered by the Data Protection Act and GDPR, ensuring that all requests are dealt with effectively and within appropriate timescales.
  • Access and Extract Information: Access and extract information from both computer and paper records in line with relevant legislation and guidelines.
  • Compliance with Legislation: Interpret information to ensure that the data provided is compliant with the relevant legislation, regulations, and guidelines.
