Day to Day of the Role:- Manage a varied legal-aid caseload with a focus on Family Law.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Participate in the firm’s social activities to foster a strong team environment.
- Embrace opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) with experience in Family Law.
- Background in either public or private sector Family Law practice.
- Strong commitment to legal aid work and delivering exceptional client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Openness to hybrid working arrangements, with a preference for NQs to be office-based for career development.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
