Randstad are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join our team. Work is to start 20th Jan and is for 6 weeks.



The Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee residential housing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-site operations, including subcontractors and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address challenges promptly.
  • Maintain accurate site records and reports.
  • Looking after trades teams.
  • Manage site deliveries
  • Communicate with the client

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Construction
  • Experience with residential sites, new build particularly
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Valid CSCS card
  • SMSTS card
  • First Aid
