Description
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Maintaining confidential employee records and payroll information
- Assisting with internal and external audits
- Reconciling payroll discrepancies
- Adhering to company and statutory policies
- Communicating effectively with staff regarding payroll queries
- Participating in payroll projects
- Supporting the wider Accounting & Finance team as needed
Profile
The successful applicant will have:
- Demonstrable experience in a Payroll position
- Experience of pensions would be ideal
- Proficiency in payroll software; iTrent
- Excellent numerical and data entry skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of payroll legislation and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
