ROLE

Reporting to the Product Line Manager, the Administrator will have responsibility for inputting and processing customer enquiries, quotations and orders utilising the ERP and CRM system. Key to this role will be your ability to utilise your experience to improve customer satisfaction by reducing customer response time and simplifying the customer experience. You will follow Company procedures ensuring all administration work is completed in a reasonable timeframe (aligning to internal KPI's). In collaboration with the Quotation Team you will pursue customer orders and support the customer where possible. You will have the opportunity to use your existing administration skills and advance your sales skills including analysing quotation and order trends to support the team in improving conversion rates. You will also assist with continuous improvement of department processes in order to explore and develop methods of increased efficiency in alignment with our overall strategy and vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

路Process customer enquiries, quotations and orders in a timely and efficient manner utilising the ERP and CRM system
路Oversee and log day to day enquiries coming into the team and out to the customers with the support of the Sales Engineers and Coordinators
路Represent the customer interests within the business to assist in finding resolution to requests in a timely manner
路Support the Coordinators with the measurement of departmental KPIs
路Comply with all departmental and company procedures at all times
路Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager
路Ensure all company policies surrounding health & safety, quality requirements and housekeeping are met

REQUIREMENTS
路Secondary school level Maths, English
路Computer literacy (including high expertise of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
路Experience in a similar position
路Experience within a sales environment
路Knowledge of good sales practice
路Knowledge of sales procedures
路Knowledge of ERP/ MRP systems
