Senior Technical Product Manager
We have an opportunity for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the product management activities across our client’s software product portfolio. This role involves planning, directing, and implementing all aspects of product life cycle management, from development through to end-of-life strategies. The successful candidate will work across multiple functions, providing leadership and expertise to ensure the success of our products in the market.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Lead the planning and execution of product management activities for software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Software Development, Business Development, and Marketing to enhance product offerings.
- Guide Product Managers, Product Owners, and UX Designers on best practices in product management.
- Create and maintain product management artefacts and processes.
- Conduct quarterly roadmap sessions and lead market requirements gathering for all software products.
- Define and embed the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the organisation.
- Provide subject matter expertise and support to the software team in delivering the product roadmap.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Leader across the complete product lifecycle.
- Formal product management qualification
- Strong leadership capabilities with a history of delivering results through teams.
- Experienced in Agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in influencing and collaborating across various functional processes.
