As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the heart of our social housing refurbishment projects, ensuring that all financial aspects are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage budgets for social housing refurbishment projects.
Conduct detailed cost analysis and provide accurate estimates.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in Quantity Surveying, specifically in Social Housing refurbishment.
