Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Social Housing planned refurbishment projects?

Our client is a leading name in the property maintenance and refurbishment sector, is looking for a talented professional like you to join their Gateshead team!

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the heart of our social housing refurbishment projects, ensuring that all financial aspects are managed effectively.

You'll be responsible for cost estimation, budget control, and contract management, helping us deliver high-quality refurbishments that improve communities and change lives.

Key Responsibilities:
