An award-winning independent financial advice firm is seeking to expand their Employee Benefits Advice team.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience and be Level 4 Qualified, with Level 6 being desirable.
The role involves providing tailored advice to existing clients on various employee benefit cases, while adhering to FCA requirements.
The position offers a basic salary of up to £60,000, along with a bonus scheme and opportunities for remote working.
Additional benefits include exam funding, social opportunities, and generous annual leave.

Providing advice to a book of existing clients based across the area via phone call, online meetings and in person meetings
Working closely with the clients, provide advice across a wide range of cases such as Group Pension Schemes, Private Medical Insurance, Critical Illness etc.
Adhering to FCA requirements and Compliance Policies

What you need to apply:

Level 4 Qualified as a minimum, Level 6 is desirable
5+ Years experience with knowledge in Group Risk, Pension & Healthcare Advice
Strong track record of developing and working with corporate clients across the UK
