Overview:Our client is seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor to join our team in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail management, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day retail operations, including sales, housekeeping, customer service, staff supervision and incoming deliveries- Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management- Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional strategies- Organise and maintain store displays to enhance the customer shopping experience- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment in conjunction with the company buyer- Provide administrative support as needed- Uphold high standards of customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly- Train and develop retail staff to deliver exceptional service- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
