The Role

As an Industrial Account Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients site. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that staffing requirements are met efficiently, while maintaining a strong partnership with the client.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your efforts directly impact our clients operations and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong working relationships with the clients management team to understand and anticipate their staffing needs.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Ensure all bookings are fulfilled promptly, meeting the clients operational demands.

  • Conduct thorough candidate vetting, including background checks, to ensure compliance with both client requirements and industry standards.

  • Provide candidates with ongoing support and guidance throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

  • Work closely with internal teams to refine recruitment strategies and enhance service delivery.

  • Be flexible with working hours to accommodate client meetings and candidate availability, including occasional out-of-hours requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior recruitment experience, particularly in the industrial/logistics sector, is highly desirable.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites when required.

  • Flexibility to adjust working hours to meet business needs.
