Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and management of the care home
- Ensure high-quality, person-centered care for all residents
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and care standards
- Manage staffing, budgets, and resources effectively
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment
Essential Requirements
- Current NMC registration with an active PIN
- Significant experience in care home management (Ideally 2 years)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional care to older adults
