Social Worker - Safeguarding, Care and Planning Team
Location: Gateshead
Pay Rate: £24 - £30 per hour
Are you an experienced Social Worker with a passion for safeguarding children and supporting families? Gateshead's Safeguarding, Care, and Planning Team is looking for skilled professionals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage risks to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people.
- Develop and implement care plans that address the needs of children and their families.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support and interventions.
- Advocate for children's rights and ensure their voices are central to decision-making.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration.
- Experience in safeguarding and care planning.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills.
- Commitment to promoting the welfare of children and families.
