Corporate Tax Associate

Our client, a leading firm in Gatwick, is seeking a Corporate Tax Associate to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for tax to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from multinational corporations to local businesses, and to gain experience in a wide range of corporate tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver high-quality corporate tax services to a varied client base, including advising on tax-efficient strategies, compliance, and planning.
  • Prepare and review corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax computations for financial statements.
  • Provide support on a range of tax advisory projects, including mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations, and international tax matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service and identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the firm to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

About You

  • You will ideally be CTA/ACA part-qualified with prior experience within a practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
