Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking for a rewarding temporary opportunity? Our client is seeking a dedicated Admin Support professional to join their team for a 6-month contract. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for managing multiple tasks, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Administrative Support: Handle crew administrative requests, including IT issues and email account management.
  • Post Management: Collect and organise incoming post and documents from various departments for the Base Manager (BM) and associated personnel.
  • Coordination: Work with the Office Manager to coordinate outgoing post to HQ in Budapest and other bases as needed.
  • Shipment Handling: Manage shipments and related logistics.
  • Sick Leave Documentation: Collect and verify sick-leave paperwork at your base.
  • Office Equipment Maintenance: Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and address maintenance needs.
  • Company Benefits Management: Assist in managing and communicating company benefits to staff.
  • Parking Liaison: Coordinate parking allocations with the relevant department.
  • Base Guide Maintenance: Keep the base guide up to date with the latest information.
  • Shredding Organisation: Facilitate shredding of documents in line with company needs in collaboration with the Office Manager.
  • Cabin Operation Forms: Collect and handle various Cabin Operation forms filled during duty, including Crew Meal Forms, Lost/Damage/Injury/Illness reports, and more.
  • Flight Operations Documentation: Ensure that Flight Operations flight envelopes are stored for the required period and manage their destruction thereafter.
  • Stationery Management: Oversee stationery orders and airport office management alongside the Office Manager.
  • Delay Code Follow-ups: Follow up on crew-related delay codes and report on-time performance to the COPS team.
  • Uniform Administration: Manage the ordering, distribution, and complaint resolution for uniforms and related items.
  • Crew Meal Coordination: Handle crew meal orders efficiently.
  • Documentation Replacement: Administer the replacement of CCM and other necessary documentation.
  • Support for INTRO Days: Assist the Base Manager with introductory training days for new staff.
  • Graduation Day Organisation: Organise and facilitate Graduation days for crew members.
  • Cabin OPS Inspections: Conduct inspections in accordance with the annual inspections plan.
  • Tracker Updates: Update trackers for various operational metrics.
  • Investigation Scheduling: Schedule investigations and performance evaluations as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in IT and comfortable handling various administrative tools and software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
