** Sales Support Administrator **

IMMEDIATE START & INTERVIEWS

  • Salary: £27,000 - £28,000
  • Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday
  • Based in Gatwick - Office based

Our client based in Gatwick is seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator.

This role plays a critical role in supporting the Corporate Sales team by managing administrative tasks, customer enquiries, and sales processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Corporate Sales team with daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare and process sales documents, quotes, contracts, and proposals according to negotiated terms
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, professional, and knowledgeable support
  • Deliver a first class and prompt support and administrative service to the Corporate department
  • Help develop relationships with purchasers from current Corporate customers
  • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information
  • Manage customer demonstration bookings
  • Arrange Corporate deliveries where appropriate

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Highly organised
  • Detail-oriented individual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
