Contract Opportunity: Electrical Engineer - Gatwick - 6 months
On behalf of our client we are seeking experienced Electrical Engineers to join our team for an exciting contract role in Gatwick.
Responsibilities
Lead and undertake a variety of consultancy packages including, but not limited to:
- Strategic consultancy
- Feasibility and master planning
- Traditional design
- Engineering
- Commissioning & IST management
- Certifications and compliance
- Design and specify LV cabling and associated containment systems
- Select and specify HV/LV Transformers, Switchgear, UPS, Standby Generation solutions
- Design and specify lighting, small power, and ancillary control systems
- Design and specify building services systems & general electrical installations
- Utilize design packages including Amtech and Dialux or equivalent
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical engineering, particularly within data center environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Amtech and Dialux or equivalent
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
