Are you an experienced facilities specialist who is looking to work for an international well established organisation with an inclusive and collaborative team? An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to be the lead client role to ensure that all hard and soft facilities service delivery and statutory compliance are delivered. Day-to-day duties of the role:
  • Act as the lead “client” role to manage the outsourced Total Facilities Management (TFM) contractor team based at all offices.
  • Ensure consistent and quality delivery of a range of hard and soft FM services across the property portfolio.
  • Manage performance of third-party suppliers using audits, compliance to SLAs and KPIs, and supplier provided monthly management reports.
  • Ensure statutory PPM tasks are completed in compliance with all relevant statutory codes of practice and obligations.
  • Work closely with the Health and Safety Team to ensure the highest levels of Health and Safety are achieved across the property portfolio.
  • Support specific Workplace Services projects as required.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Manage financial expenditure against budget and approve supplier invoices for payment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of and compliance with health and safety legislation in the workplace.
  • Experience in managing both hard and soft contracted services.
  • Ability to “think on your feet”, make reasoned decisions, and work both independently and collaboratively within a team
