Now due to company growth and a new project in Gatwick they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team.In this role you will be site based Gatwick as the main Quantity Surveyor on site. You will be responsible for management of JCT contracts, valuations, variations, liaising with clients and subcontractors, placing orders, final accounts, project reporting and serving contract notices.This role is suited to a highly motivated professional with Quantity Surveying experience on JCT Projects in the construction industry who is proactive, enthusiastic and looking to progress their career to Senior level and above.
