This role combines technical leadership across hardware, electronics, firmware, and software with project management responsibilities of complex Research and Development engineering discussions.

 

Requirements

Over two years technical leadership experience of hardware, electronics, firmware, or software teams, ideally all.

A hands on technical design or development background.

Track record of driving technical decision making and product innovation.

System level or big picture perspective.

Ability to facilitate technical discussions across engineering teams.

Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related.

 

Role

Lead complex engineering projects from conception to delivery with hardware, electronics, firmware, and software contributions.

Drive technical decision making and innovation.

Mentor engineering teams in technical matters while collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.

Help translate customer and product requirements into detailed technical specifications across multiple engineering disciplines.

Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies and resource allocation.

Drive R&D initiatives.

Lead continuous improvement in development processes and methodologies.
