Our client is seeking a Data Administrator to support their Contracts team with a data migration project.
This is a temporary, three-month role focused on migrating all current customer agreements onto a new platform.
The team is based in Gerrards Cross, working three days in the office and two from home. Hourly pay 13.00 - 14.00 depending on experience.
This role is open to both experienced candidates (contracts experience is desirable) and graduates looking to gain professional experience.
Duties:
- Work from the Contracts master Excel file provided.
- Locate agreements within SharePoint.
- Cross-check contract details to ensure they match database records.
- Insert agreement links into the Excel file for each contract.
- Review customer folders to identify and link any related documents.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills (for data analysis and downloads).
- Confidence in learning and using new IT systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes meticulously.
- Ability to work independently and methodically.
- Adaptability to work in fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
