Our client is seeking a Data Administrator to support their Contracts team with a data migration project.

This is a temporary, three-month role focused on migrating all current customer agreements onto a new platform.

The team is based in Gerrards Cross, working three days in the office and two from home. Hourly pay £13.00 - £14.00 depending on experience.

This role is open to both experienced candidates (contracts experience is desirable) and graduates looking to gain professional experience.

Duties:

  • Work from the Contracts master Excel file provided.
  • Locate agreements within SharePoint.
  • Cross-check contract details to ensure they match database records.
  • Insert agreement links into the Excel file for each contract.
  • Review customer folders to identify and link any related documents.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills (for data analysis and downloads).
  • Confidence in learning and using new IT systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes meticulously.
  • Ability to work independently and methodically.
  • Adaptability to work in fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
