THE ROLE

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hugely successful aerospace engineering business in the development of exiting, safety critical aerospace equipment.

As a RAMS Engineer, you’ll be tasked with overseeing successful reliability, maintainability and safety of a niche product in a truly exciting space.

Supporting the design and support teams, you’ll have a real impact on the development of products from a RAMS perspective.

 

DUTIES

  • Determine the reliability, Maintainability and safety of niche complex products.
  • Oversee the design activity to ensure reliability and maintainability.
  • Conducting assessments, producing predictions & creating reports.
  • Producing and presenting supporting documentation in relation to RAMS.

 

BACKGROUND

  • Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering degree (2:1 or above)
  • Have an eye for detail and getting things right
  • Practical problem-solving skills
  • Be a methodical problem Solver
  • Able to travel occasionally (Sometimes internationally)
  • Able to secure minimum BPSS clearance.
