  • Answer phone calls and handle general email and postal correspondence
  • Process invoices and manage internal records
  • Take charge of file archive storage and record management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Liaise with the IT department to address any technical issues
  • Collaborate closely with the handyman for property and garden maintenance
  • Report building repairs or faults to the facilities team
