We are looking for skilled machine operators based in Rochester, Kent who are ready to take on the challenge of ensuring machines run at optimal capacity.

Shift:

4 on 4 off Day shift

6am-6pm

Role and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Configure, operate, and optimise machine functions.
  • Ensure machines work at full capacity.
  • Perform basic maintenance and hygiene tasks.
  • Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards.
  • Replenishing packaging and films to the production line during the shift including the stacking of trays.
  • Completing documentation throughout the shift.
  • Help & assist in the training of others and identify own training needs.
  • Replenish the PH.

Essential Attributes:

  • Work Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the same environment.
  • Education: Certificate in basic food hygiene.

Technical Skills & Competencies:

  • Health and Safety awareness.
  • Ability to follow instructions and use initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT literacy.
