We are looking for Business Development Manager whose primary objective will be to generate revenue through effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients and prospects and offering high quality recruitment solutions! We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can business develop, and manage their time. We are looking for someone who can do what they say on the tin and in turn will get exactly what is promised.

  • No changing of the goal posts.

What we need from you?

  • A minimum of 2 years successful service in a similar role.
  • Hold a full driving licence
  • Be sales orientated, self motivated and results driven.
  • Be a real team player!
  • Client focused and hungry to deliver a well thought through, fit for purpose service
  • A great personality!

We are only looking to speak to people who can genuinely back themselves, demonstrate past successes and who are based in the South East (ideally Kent).

Full time role, hybrid WFH as well as some office attendance.

You may be required to travel for 1/4 meetings and events.

Package is dependant on experience.

Car allowance provided.
