We have an opportunity for you to join a world-renowned company that is expanding, based on theMedway City Estate, you will be working in their Milling Department. You will be lifting and working with sacks of grain up to 25kg, so will need to be physically fit for this role.

The role of the Mill Operative is to work as part of the Mill team to set up, run and mill the product by carrying out tasks and duties efficiently to ensure the smooth running of the process. In addition, the Mill Operative will be required to cover the role of Miller in the absence of the Miller or Senior Miller.
