- Oversee and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Facilitate new customer onboarding, process orders, and deliver telephone-based product guidance.
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance concerns, ensuring all queries are documented and dealt with swiftly.
- Keep customer records updated in the CRM system and organise daily call schedules.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to current customers.
- Coordinate equipment shipments and returns.
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a customer service position.
- Strong and assured telephone manner.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Excellent ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Competent in Microsoft Office 365 and familiar with CRM software (Zoho or similar).
