This role is crucial in assisting customers and improving their overall experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
  • Facilitate new customer onboarding, process orders, and deliver telephone-based product guidance.
  • Diagnose and resolve maintenance concerns, ensuring all queries are documented and dealt with swiftly.
  • Keep customer records updated in the CRM system and organise daily call schedules.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to current customers.
  • Coordinate equipment shipments and returns.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a customer service position.
  • Strong and assured telephone manner.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office 365 and familiar with CRM software (Zoho or similar).
  • A team player who thrives in a close-knit working environment.
  • A valid driving licence is essential due to the office location.
