Reed Business Support, the UK's leading specialist recruitment partner, is seeking a Customer Service Executive for our client based in Maidstone. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be immediately available to start work and must be able to commute to our client's office in Gillingham and commit to a 12-month fixed term contract.

Customer Service Executive Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire lifecycle of customer interactions.
  • Manage customer relationships through proactive communication, including email, inbound and outbound calls, and face-to-face meetings when necessary.
  • Develop and adopt a consultative sales approach to identify leads, opportunities, and customer needs, aiming to maximise revenue.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and project-related activities using Salesforce and other back-office applications.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a pipeline of projects and communicate progress to the team and management effectively.

Customer Service Executive Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar Customer Service Executive role, ideally within a fast-paced sales or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in both phone and in-person interactions.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
