We are seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Executive to join a dynamic team in Maidstone, Kent. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is fluent in both German and English.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat in both German and English.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Fluency in German and English, both verbal and written.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma; further education in customer service or related field is a plus.
