We are seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Executive to join a dynamic team in Maidstone, Kent. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is fluent in both German and English.
Day-to-day of the role:- Handle customer enquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat in both German and English.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Fluency in German and English, both verbal and written.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma; further education in customer service or related field is a plus.
