About the Role

As HSQE Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensurin manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance. You'll be at the heart of driving continuous improvement, championing best practices, and creating a culture where safety and quality are paramount.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Health & Safety: Conduct risk assessments, audits, and training to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain product and process quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations.
  • Environmental Stewardship: Develop and implement strategies to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainability.
  • Compliance Management: Keep up to date with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring the facility adheres to all relevant standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with operational teams to identify and mitigate risks, foster engagement, and drive improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an HSQE role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, quality systems, and environmental practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
  • NEBOSH or equivalent qualification (essential).
  • ISO standards experience (ISO14001 and ISO9001).
  • A proactive mindset and passion for driving positive change.
