- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analysing sales trends, historical data, and market dynamics
- Identify and resolve supply chain constraints to ensure timely product availability and smooth operations
- Produce the departments on time delivery KPI’s
- Aiding other members of the Supply Chain team as required
- Support the implementation of demand planning systems and tools to improve forecast accuracy and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to understand demand drivers and anticipate changes in demand patterns.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain roles, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and processes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skillset
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals and objectives.
