Job Purpose:

As the HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will act as a strategic partner, delivering HR expertise to support business objectives while fostering a positive employee experience. This role has a strong focus on managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with UK employment laws to improve organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Manage complex employee relation issues, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to meet legal standards and best practices.
  • Deliver training to managers on employment law.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Lead HR projects, wellbeing campaigns, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Track and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, with a strong focus on employee relations.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday HRIS.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability, time management, and resilience under pressure.
