HR Officer

Reporting to the Head of HR this is a newly created position to join an existing team of HR professionals. Working in a collaborative environment, with your generalist knowledge, you will be involved with a wide variety of HR provision and will support in developing and executing HR strategies, policies and programmes which support the company's goals and objectives. This could include HR administration, recruitment and onboarding, data analysis, training and development, compensation and benefits, well being initiatives and payroll.

Provision of front-line administrative and transactional systems support to the HR team and the Business. The primary focus will be on supporting the Head of HR to develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organisation's goals and objectives.

You will be familiar working in a fast-paced environment in a generalist capacity, possess Level 3 CIPD with proven experience in a generalist role. This is a great opportunity to have exposure to areas within HR such as ER, change management and projects where you can enhance and develop knowledge and skills to progress your career.

Ideally your experience will have be gained from a manufacturing environment where strong organisational and logical thinking have been required. Ability to understand a fast-paced environment and potential to apply the company policies & procedures in a commercial manner.
