A highly regarded law firm in Kent is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join their successful and well-established property team. The Role:As a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:
- Sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Leasehold and freehold property transactions.
- New build and shared ownership matters.
- Providing expert advice to clients while maintaining high service standards.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members as required.
- Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive with 5+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to handle complex property transactions.
- Excellent client relationship skills and a proactive, commercial approach.
- Experience in managing and developing a team is advantageous.
