Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls politely and professionally.
  • Handle general administrative tasks like photocopying and updating client information.
  • Audio and copy typing all correspondence to include letters, legal forms (Oyez) and quotes.
  • Filing documents and keeping the records organised.
  • Arranging appointments and dealing with clients.
  • Enter and update data in the company's case management system.
  • Work as part of a team, helping with secretarial duties and phone cover when needed.
  • Manage confidential information with care.
  • Manage case files and draft contracts.



We're looking for:

  • Proven experience working as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary.
  • The ability to manage a busy workload.
