Are you an experienced Transport Manager ready to take on a high-impact leadership role? A leading FMCG business in Kent is looking for a Senior Transport Manager to oversee a large-scale operation with 250+ vehicles and drive significant improvements across efficiency, compliance, and performance.

• Lead and develop the transport operation, ensuring compliance, cost control, and service excellence.
• Identify and implement operational improvements, optimising fleet performance and delivery efficiency.
• Ensure full legal compliance, including O-license requirements, health & safety, and driver management.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance customer service and supply chain efficiency.
• Drive a continuous improvement culture, implementing best practices in route planning, fleet maintenance, and sustainability.

• Proven experience in a senior transport leadership role within a fast-paced FMCG or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, compliance, and cost management.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and efficiency improvements.
• A confident leader with excellent people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A CPC qualification is essential.
