Responsibilities for a Logistics Manager
- Plan and coordinate all logistics activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage the supply chain, including procurement, delivery, and storage of materials.
- Oversee the movement of equipment and materials on site.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to meet project deadlines.
- Implement and maintain efficient logistics processes and systems.
Requirements for a Logistics Manager
- Proven experience as a Logistics Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant qualifications in logistics or supply chain management.
