This is a strategic role, offering the chance to make a significant impact by aligning HR practices with business goals, driving employee engagement, and managing complex employee relations.The Role:As the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leadership teams, acting as a trusted advisor on all HR-related matters. Your primary focus will be managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with UK employment law, and delivering HR strategies that enhance organisational performance and employee wellbeing.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to management on HR policies, workforce planning, and compliance matters.
  • Lead on employee relations, including grievances, disciplinaries, and workplace investigations.
  • Implement and improve HR policies and initiatives aligned with the organisation’s objectives.
  • Partner with leadership on talent management, succession planning, and recruitment strategies.
  • Deliver training on HR best practices and employment law.
  • Analyse key HR metrics to identify trends and support decision-making.
What You’ll Need:
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, such as Workday, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach to working in a dynamic environment.
