This opportunity is working with a busy and continuously growing Payroll and Compliance Team and is responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key to the Role:

  • Onboard workers and clients to ensure full compliance with requirements.
  • Monitor multiple inboxes to ensure timely responses and actions.
  • Monitor and review compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
  • Maintain and update compliance documentation and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of audits and data for clients.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry.
  • Follow and suggest improvements for internal processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in compliance, auditing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone manner.
  • Experience using multiple platforms and systems.
  • Ability to switch easily between tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
