This opportunity is working with a busy and continuously growing Payroll and Compliance Team and is responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Key to the Role:
- Onboard workers and clients to ensure full compliance with requirements.
- Monitor multiple inboxes to ensure timely responses and actions.
- Monitor and review compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation and records.
- Assist in the preparation of audits and data for clients.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry.
- Follow and suggest improvements for internal processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in compliance, auditing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone manner.
- Experience using multiple platforms and systems.
- Ability to switch easily between tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
