Workshop & Field Team LeaderKent£45,000 - £50,000 We are currently seeing a Workshop & Field Team Leader to join our Technology clients. The role is based in Kent and comes with a salary up to £50,000.Responsibilities for Workshop & Field Team Leader
  • Lead, develop and motivate workshop and field team members to achieve the targets set
  • Ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures
  • Support planning and allocation of resources and budgets of engineering projects
  • Own and manage training and tools log for all team members
  • Coordinate engineering activities according to the organisational guidelines
  • Support overtime and expenses claims review and approval
  • Preparation and review of RAMS and job cards
  • Perform work-in-progress and post-completion audits
Requirements for Workshop & Field Team Leader
  • Electrical/technical background required
  • Use own initiative and organised
  • Self-starter keen to pick up new skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of power industry, transmission and distribution networks
  • Stakeholder management skills across all levels of seniority
  • Excellent administration written and verbal communication skills
  • People management and leadership experience
  • Knowledge of Information security and Cybersecurity
  • Ability to interpret and use project planning software (AutoCAD knowledge)
