Senior Property Manager - Property Management
This established and forward thinking independent Estate and Letting Agents are now looking for a Senior Property Manager who will act as number 2 within the department. The successful applicant will be running their own portfolio whilst assisting the department head in managing the overall performance of the property management team.
Senior Property Manager - Property Management - Duties:
- Reporting to the head of department and assisting them with the management of the property management team
- Running your own portfolio of properties
- Facilitating Maintenance from the initial enquiry through to invoicing.
- Reviewing and providing recommendations on third party Property Visits.
- Managing all compliance certification post move in.
- End of tenancies including serving of all legal notices, attending court hearings, evictions and negotiating the return of the deposit.
- Resolving generic enquiries.
- Providing high levels of customer service liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues alike.

Senior Property Manager - Property Management - Skills Required:
- A calm, unflappable person, with strength of character (required when dealing with issues like return of deposits or repairs required to a property)
- Systematic approach with strong administrative skills
- Problem solver
- Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Secretarial skills would help so that the applicant would be able to generate their own letters
- Own vehicle and a valid UK driving licence
Senior Property Manager - Property Management
- £33,000 - £35,000+ salary package commensurate with experience
- Regular incentives.
