My client in Rochester is seeking a Digital Communications Executive to support their digital channel strategy and ensure that all content is impactful, creative, and aligned with their unified approach. The ideal candidate will possess a journalistic mindset with a strategic understanding of digital and social channels, and the ability to uncover and amplify brand stories. This is a full time role with hybrid working and amazing benefits including access to 2 company owned holiday homes!!

Day to Day of the role:

  • Plan, develop, and create content for internal and external channels.

  • Uncover and amplify brand stories through impactful content across various platforms.

  • Email marketing and audience segmentation

  • Own and manage the digital content calendar.

  • Campaign management, reporting and making recommendations

  • Identify new channels and content opportunities to shape future plans.

  • Monitor social media, measure performance, and report on ongoing activities.

  • Manage the global intranet and Group website, including content strategy and updates.

  • Oversee social media channels, community management, and publishing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven success in content development across multiple digital and social channels.

  • Proficiency in Photoshop/Canva and/or mobile video editing.

  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills for social and digital brand channels.

  • Passion for social media and digital channels, with an awareness of current trends.

  • Collaborative work style with the ability to engage with different business units and functions.

  • Experience in social media measurement and reporting.

  • Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities.

  • Organised and efficient individual.

  • Self-starter eager to take initiative and shape the role.

  • Experience with executive digital profiles is advantageous.
