We need motivated and driven salespeople to help secure appointments for our Mortgage Advisors within our estate agency offices and in our direct sales team. Start Date: ASAP Basic Salary: £21,500 plus £400 additional commission per month for the first 4months (pro rata)On Target Earnings: £25,000 - £32,000 (pro rata)Location: Rochester, MedwayWork Pattern: 4pm- 8pm Monday to Friday with Alternative Saturdays  Benefits: 33 days paid Holiday (pro rata), Plus an extra day off for your birthday, Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Employee Assistance Scheme, Paid entry for charitable events So, what do we do on a day-to-day basis?

  • Nurture our customers to provide a positive customer experience from start to finish
  • Contact and build great relationships with clients from varying warm leads
  • Book in quality appointments resulting in additional mortgage & protection business for the company
  • Meet and exceed targets relating to appointments and mortgage sign ups
  • Liaise with Mortgage Advisors to book customers in for general Mortgage reviews
  • Maintain a compliant service in line with the necessary authorities’ requirements
  • Keep customer records up to date using our computer software
  • Work as a team with all colleagues in Direct Sales to boost business
