Assistant Property Manager - KENT (office based to start) - up to £35k
We’re working with a successful, friendly, long established family owned & run property management company who oversee a portfolio of blocks spread across Kent and up to SE London.
With a growing team and portfolio complimented by a recent senior hire, they now seek an additional Assistant Property Manager as follows:
- Office based near Aylesford, so ability to commute/drive to his location is essential (parking available)
- Potential for 1 day working from home once settled
- Assisting a friendly, vibrant, good humored and inclusive team of property managers with their daily leasehold tasks
- Interacting with residents, contractors and clients on a daily basis - in person, over the phone and via email
- Learning/progressing with a view to becoming a property manager over time
- Service mentality, thoroughness and accountability essential
- Occasionally pressured environment - must be able to work under stress as required
- Career path with training offered, so applicants should come from a stable career background with a desire to commit long term.
- Starting salary up to £35k depending on experience and qualification.
