Successful candidates will have:* A qualified SENCO with at least 3 years of classroom experience in the UK * National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) qualification * Knowledge of SEN policies and practices relevant to the role of SENCO* A passion for inclusion and helping young people thrive as a SENCO* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills suitable for a SENCO* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
